As the temperatures begin to rise and winter is well and truly behind us, we would like to share a few helpful reminders to keep everyone comfortable and healthy during the warmer months. Please ensure your child brings a clean water bottle to school each day. Water bottles, particularly those with straws, should be washed thoroughly every day, as mould can sometimes develop in hard-to-clean areas. We recommend including an ice pack in your child's lunch box to help keep food fresh and safe throughout the school day. As the weather warms up we will be reminding students that jumpers should not be worn outside during transitions between lessons. This helps children stay cool and comfortable while they are active. Thank you for your support in helping us keep our students happy, healthy and ready to learn.
We are grateful to call this country home, with its unique blend of safety, warmth and opportunity for adventure. From stunning landscapes to rich cultural experiences, Oman offers so much to explore. We would love our BSM community to help bring this to life.
Share photos of you exploring Oman (they must be of Oman, not elsewhere) and send the photos via email to Mrs Zoe Snell - marketing@britishschoolmuscat.com or you can share on your social media and tag @bsmuscat on Instagram.
Remember to include your name and where you are in Oman (there's no need to share the exact location).
Please use the hashtag #NotJustASchool and tag in @BSMuscat
Take a photo that shows where you are in Oman, and what you are doing - with your friends and family too if you like. Be creative and have some fun. The more adventurous the better!
