All performers (dancers, actors, singers and musicians) are required to be on site for 5.15pm on both evenings (23 and 24 June) for a prompt 6pm start. The programme is the same for both evenings, therefore all performers will be required on both nights please. 

The event will be a full scale, collaborative performance, featuring the wonderful work that our Year 1  - Year 13 students have produced within lessons, for examination coursework and also as part of their extra curricular Music and Dance clubs. 

This will involve all students who are part of the following groups- BTEC Dance, Dance Leaders (Yr10),  all primary Dance Clubs from Year 1-Year 6, Breakdance Club, BTEC Music, Wind Band, Ukulele Club, Big Band, Junior, Intermediate and Senior Choirs, as well as individuals who have specifically been invited to perform.

In final preparation for what promises to be a fantastic show, please find detailed arrangements for dancers here.

Kindly note that parking is available at the top and bottom of the school. 

TICKETS

Tickets have now sold out. There are a few 'emergency' tickets at the main reception for parents who haven't got theirs yet.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our students for a productive and enthusiastic year of reading and borrowing. It has been wonderful to see such active engagement with the library resources.

As we approach the end of the academic year, please take note of the following key dates for library returns:

• Final Borrowing Day: Sunday, 7 June.

• Final Returns: All outstanding items should be returned immediately following this date.

• Leavers: If your family is leaving BSM this term, please ensure all library books are returned to the Librarian by the end of May.

Please note that we are unable to offer library borrowings over the summer break. We appreciate your support in helping us get our collection back on the shelves ready for the new year.

Key highlights from the report include:

• Academic excellence: Attainment and progress in English, mathematics, and science were all judged to be outstanding across all phases of the school.

• Exceptional teaching: The quality of teaching, learning, and assessment was found to be outstanding, enabling our pupils to become "confident, capable, and reflective learners".

• Student wellbeing: The welfare, health, and safety of our pupils are outstanding, providing an "exceptionally safe, caring, and well-organized environment".

• Extensive extra-curricular programme: “The extremely high levels of pupils' engagement in the extensive extra-curricular programme from Year 1 to Year 13 is an outstanding feature of the school.”

• Exemplary behaviour and attitudes: “Behaviour and attitudes are exemplary. Pupils are polite, respectful and demonstrate consistently positive attitudes to learning.”

*If a student is walking home from the Senior School, then they can leave via either the top or the bottom gate, however they must walk all the way home and not be picked up outside of school, as this adds to the congestion. 

Please remember, only students in the Senior School who are walking home will be permitted to leave via the bottom car park exit. If your child is being picked up by car and does not have primary school siblings, you will need to use the top car park for pick-up arrangements.

2pm Pick-Up Request

Please can we ask that parents arriving to collect children in the top car park for a 2pm pick-up, do not arrive before 1:45pm. This is to allow our Primary School parents enough time to collect their Y1 and Y2 children safely. Thank you.
